The Friends of the Royal Melbourne Hospital Neuroscience Foundation, established in 1992, is a committee coordinating events that assist in raising funds for the world-leading neuroscience research programs at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The Annual Gala Ball is a prestigious event that brings together business leaders, State and Federal government ministers, sporting celebrities, members of the medical and legal fraternity, as well as patients, past and present, and their families.
The Ball is successful in both informing the public about the work of the Neurosciences at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and in raising money to support the research and clinical activities.
All committee members have a passion to support the neurosciences and the desire to make a difference within this field, thus give their time voluntarily.
